Budokai Registration

A stout clerk sits behind a desk. His moustache twitches as he straightens a stack of papers and clears his throat: "Registration for the first annual Budokai is now open! All contestants under the age of 18 or Pl of less than 50,000 must register in the Jr. division. All others may register in the Sr. division." The clerk adjusted himself in his chair slightly and continued, "Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 fighters of both divisions. Sr. division winner gets a special prize! ALL fighters leave with a +3000 stat bonus for participation."

Registration closes 2 days prior to the start of the tournament. Leave your character's name here and which division he/she will be fighting in. I suppose this goes without saying, but the tournament is being held on Earth...

Budokai Rules
1. Win by KO, Ring Out, Exhaustion(No Ki), or No Show ONLY. *NO KILLING*
2. No special attacks.
3. No transformations in preliminary rounds.
4. No weapons untill final round, and only if both contestants have a weapon is this permitted.
5. Stat loss *Carries over* from fight to fight. FIGHT WISELY.
6. Each fighter gets ONE complimentary senzu bean. Use it at any time during the Budokai, but remember. You only get ONE.
7. Absolutely NO other items allowed besides your 1 senzu bean.
